Ordering
All of our items now
have purchasing buttons - for any item that you want, simply
choose from the drop-down lists of options and add the item
to your cart. You can visit the Gemstones
& Dangles pages to see
the differences between the options, or visit our Measurements
page if you need help finding a size.
If you would like assistance designing your jewelry, or
have questions about anything we carry, feel free to email
us. PLEASE NOTE: You must include the word 'jewelry'
in your subject, even if your email is not jewelry related,
or the email will get thrown out by our spam filter before
we can see it.
If you want to email or fax in your order, please:
- be sure to include all aspects of your order - item
styles, size, ring style, dangle styles, stone
color, etc, any special requests, and your shipping
preference
- make sure you give us an address to which your order will
be shipped
- please include a phone number where we can reach you,
if necessary
- Do NOT include your credit card number in any e-mail (HVNLY
NIGHTS will never request credit card info in an
e-mail. It's an easy way to get it stolen)
Once your order has been verified, you will get an order
number. You need to include this number on your payment
and any subsequent e-mails.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will have
our designers start making your jewelry (in stock items
will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment).
Please remember that each item is carefully hand crafted
the way you have requested. Please allow 2-3 weeks
for your order to be completed before it can ship.

Returns, Cancellations
& Revisions
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns.
If you have any questions, please
contact us before you make your purchase. We will
be more than happy to answer any questions to help ensure
you are happy with your jewelry. Non adjustable rings can
be resized for $6, plus shipping.
To help ensure customer satisfaction, we sell only new,
first quality items. Each item is inspected for manufacturers
defects or flaws before it leaves our store.
If you change your mind about an order before you have
paid for it, we can cancel it with no problems. However, if
you change your mind about an order after it is paid for,
you must cancel it within 24 hours of making
your payment. Because of the amount of work that
goes into making each piece of jewelry, there can be no
exceptions.
You may add items to your order at any time, but please
be aware that this will delay your whole order until the
new items are completed. We can also create a
new order for your added items, and ship your original order
as scheduled, if the delay will be a problem for you.
If you wish to change an item after your order is processed,
please contact us. Depending on the type of jewelry
and the change desired, we can have some alterations done
up to 3 to 5 days after taking your order.

Payment
Secure Checkout
We accept all major credit cards through our secure check
out. You must use your correct billing
address to make a credit card payment.
We do not mind shipping gifts to your friend/lover.
However, to help prevent fraud, we use an address verification
security check, and we mail a copy of the receipt to the
card holder's billing address, so we still need your billing
address for payment purposes.
Fax
You can use our printable
order form to fax your order and/or payment info to
us at 208-788-8098. Please be sure to include all
of your order and billing information, your e-mail address
and your phone number so we can contact you if there are
any questions. This is a private fax number, so your information
will not be accidentally picked up by the wrong person.
Mail
If you do not have, or do not wish to use, a
our secure credit card processing, email your order to us
and we will give you an order number. You can then use our
printable order form to mail
a check or money order to:

Checks must wait 10 days to clear the banks before your
order can be shipped.
Returned payments will incur a $25 bounced check fee, plus
any other costs resulting from the loss of payment.

Delayed Billing
We offer delayed billing for orders of $250 or more. Use
it to plan ahead for special occassions or events, or to spread
out the cost of a particularly large order. When you
place your order, simply request payment installments
and for a one-time service charge of $5 you can have
your credit card automatically billed each month.
Your first payment (deposit) will be equal to 15%
of your order total plus the $5 service charge. The
remaining balance will then billed in equal payments once
a month for the next 3 months for a total of 4 payments.
Orders of $750 or more also have the option of being divided
onto 6 payments. The deposit will be equal to 15%
of the order total plus the $5 service charge, and the remaining
balance will be divided equally over the next 5 months.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Delayed billing orders can be canceled anytime during the
payment process, or within 24 hours after the final payment.
Because of the amount of work that goes into making each
piece of jewelry, there can be no exceptions. You
will be refunded the total order price minus your deposit
- deposits are non-refundable.
You can change your order at any point during the payment
period. Generally, we will submit your order to be
made once we receive your final payment and you can expect
your jewelry to ship within the usual 2-3 weeks after your
order is fully paid.
Immediate shipping is available for Delayed Payment orders.

Taxes and Fees
Idaho residents must add 5% Sales Tax to the order total
(excluding shipping).
Any customs duties/fees/taxes that may imposed by another
country are the responsibility of the buyer.
